Yes. Every package and every à la carte add-on is priced on this site. No consultation gate, no padded quotes. The price you see is the price you pay — tailored only by the add-ons you choose.

A £500 non-refundable deposit secures your date. The balance is due seven days before your event. The deposit comes off your total — it's not an extra fee.

Send the enquiry form or book a free thirty-minute consultation. We send a written breakdown within four hours during business hours. Once you're happy, the £500 deposit locks your date.

Yes. Packages can be tailored on request right up to the final headcount. Add-ons are priced upfront on the à la carte page, so any change is transparent before you commit.

Catering, venue hire, photography and DJ are not included. Faux florals are included by default; a fresh-flower upgrade is available on the à la carte menu, priced per linear metre.

Yes. We keep a neutral base — ivory, beige, champagne — and layer in your colour story. We agree the moodboard with you at quote stage.

Always. Every package includes setup, an on-site lead for the event, and strike (take-down) afterwards. You never lift a thing.

Chairs are priced separately and listed on the à la carte menu — most venues provide their own, so we don't make you pay twice. If you need Chiavari chairs, they're £3.95 each, all in-house.

Yes. Cardiff plus thirty miles is included on most packages. Beyond that: 30–60 miles is +£150, 60–100 miles is +£300. We travel UK-wide on request.

For peak season (May–September) we recommend four to eight months ahead. Off-peak, four to eight weeks is workable. We take on a limited number of weddings each year to protect the quality of the work.

Yes. We build the architecture of the event; you bring the tradition. Cultural ritual elements — mehndi seating, tilak trays, kola nut presentation, unsi incense and more — are available on the à la carte menu.

Everything is in-house. One contract, one invoice, one number to call on the day. No coordinating between three different vendors before your event.

Yes. An 8-inch single-tier themed cake is included, via our Cardiff bakery partner. Upgrades to two or three tiers are on the à la carte menu.

Every age. First birthdays through to milestone fiftieths, graduations and anniversaries. The kids' activity station is included for under-twelves; adult palettes are available for grown-up celebrations.

The Shower (£1,195) is built for bridal and baby showers up to 50 guests — dessert table, balloon installation, polaroid station. Life Celebrations (£800) covers birthdays, graduations and milestones up to 40 guests.
